Instructions for Pixel

In the first instance, make sure that GPS, WiFi and mobile data are turned on as much as possible. If there are problems that the measurement is not (correctly) taken, first check the following settings:

  1. Go to Phone Settings > Apps & Notifications > Advanced > Special App Access > Battery Optimization > Switch to ‘All Apps List’ (Top Menu) > Choose the Fynch App >”Don’t Optimize”.
  2. Go to Phone Settings > Apps > choose our app > Advanced > Battery > Background Restrictions > Turn Restrictions OFF (= Background usage cannot be restricted).
  3. Go to Phone Settings > Battery > Customizable Battery Management >turn OFF.
