Instructions for Samsung

In the first instance, make sure that GPS, WiFi and mobile data are turned on as much as possible. If there are problems that the measurement is not (correctly) taken, first check the following settings:

  • Go to Phone Settings > Battery Settings > Power Saver App > Details > Select the Fynch app > choose Disabled.
  • Go to Phone Settings > Applications > select three dot menu (top right corner) > select Special access > choose Optimize battery usage > find the Fynch app in the list and make sure it is not selected.
  • Go to your Phone Settings > Apps > find the Fynch app in the list > choose Permissions > turn Location ON.
