If iOS 16 or iOS 17 is installed on the iPhone
Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):

  1. Go to Phone settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > turn ON the “Location Services” option.
  2. Go to Phone settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness > turn ON the “Fitness Tracking” option.
  3. Go back to Phone settings > choose our app > allow the app access to:
    – Location > under “ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS” select “Always” and
    turn the “Precise Location” setting ON.
    – Motion & Fitness > turn ON the switch behind “Motion & Fitness“.
  4. Restart our app.

If iOS 14 or iOS 15 is installed on the iPhone
Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):

  1. Go to Phone settings Privacy Location Services > turn ON the “Location Services” option.
  2. Go to Phone settings > Privacy Motion & Fitness > turn ON the “Fitness Tracking” option.
  3. Go back to Phone settings > choose our app > allow the app access to:
    – Location > under “ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS” select “Always” and
    turn the “Precise Location” setting ON.
    – Motion & Fitness > turn ON the switch behind “Motion & Fitness“.
  4. Restart our app.
