If iOS 16 or iOS 17 is installed on the iPhone
Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):
- Go to Phone settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > turn ON the “Location Services” option.
- Go to Phone settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness > turn ON the “Fitness Tracking” option.
- Go back to Phone settings > choose our app > allow the app access to:
– Location > under “ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS” select “Always” and
turn the “Precise Location” setting ON.
– Motion & Fitness > turn ON the switch behind “Motion & Fitness“. - Restart our app.
If iOS 14 or iOS 15 is installed on the iPhone
Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):
- Go to Phone settings > Privacy > Location Services > turn ON the “Location Services” option.
- Go to Phone settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness > turn ON the “Fitness Tracking” option.
- Go back to Phone settings > choose our app > allow the app access to:
– Location > under “ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS” select “Always” and
turn the “Precise Location” setting ON.
– Motion & Fitness > turn ON the switch behind “Motion & Fitness“. - Restart our app.
