Instructions for Asus

Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):

1. Go to Phone settings > Battery > Battery optimization > switch to ‘All apps list’ (Top menu) > choose our app > “Don’t optimize”.
2. Go to Phone settings > Battery > Adaptive Battery > turn OFF.
3. Go to Phone settings > Battery > PowerMaster > Auto start manager > turn ON Auto-start for our app.
4. Go to Phone settings > Battery > PowerMaster > Battery-saving options > turn OFF the following options (if available):
   – Detect battery-draining apps
   – Auto deny apps from auto-starting
   – Clean up in suspend
   – Hibernate apps 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these instructions because we are not in control of the phone and the precise other apps that are present on this phone.
