How can I get a code to create an account?
The app requests a code when a business account is created with an email domain that is not recognized by the system. If the app asks for a code and you have not received one, one of the following situations will be the case:
- Your employer has invited you to use the Fynch app but has not provided a code. In this case, you need to sign up using your company email address. Go back by tapping outside of the white pop-up that asks for the code and try again using your company email address.
- You have not been invited to use Fynch but would rather like to try out the app yourself. Go back to the page where you were able to choose between signing in or creating an account, select create account, and then individual account. You can now start your free trial.
