How can I delete my app account?

We are sad to see that you want to delete your account! Deleting your account is permanent and your data cannot be retrieved afterwards. Are you sure you want to delete your account? You can do that as follows:

• Delete directly in the app. Open the app, go to the Profile page, and select Settings. Here, you see the button Delete account, which instantly and permanently deletes your user account.
• Cancel your subscription. Did you start a personal subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store? From the stores, you can easily cancel your subscription.
• Delete company account. If you receive your Fynch license through your employer, and they will no longer offer access to the app, your account will normally be deleted automatically. This also applies when you are leaving the company. Naturally, it is still possible in this situation to delete your account in the app in this case.

Keep in mind that deleting your account also immediately deletes all personal and trip data. It is not possible to regain access to your data after account deletion.
