Fynch and FlexForceMonkey are going to make the Dutch flex market more sustainable together

The Dutch market now has almost 2,000,000 flexible working temporary workers, self-employed persons without employees, consultants and interim workers. This group of employees is flexible: on average they travel slightly further than permanent employees and they regularly go to different locations.

This not only ensures that sustainable travel is a greater challenge for this group, but also arranging the administration around these employees is a major challenge.

In collaboration with our partner FlexForceMonkey, we take care of that for you. FlexForceMonkey takes care of the daily exchange of data between companies regarding the hiring of your flexible workforce.

To this end, they integrate purchase to pay systems, invoicing suites, human resource management platforms and back office systems, at both the client and the supplier. So Fynch can now register all trips of flex workers and FlexForceMonkey will then arrange the settlement.

This not only gives you insight into the CO2 footprint, but also control and ease of processing all data. And of course everything is done entirely according to the AVG standards.
