- Fynch coins can be earned with the predefined desired behaviour.
- Fynch coins are non-transferable.
- Fynch coins cannot be exchanged for money.
- Fynch coins can only be used to purchase rewards in the Fynch App and are not valid outside the app.
E-vouchers
The validity period of the e-voucher is determined by the partner offering the e-voucher and communicated by Fynch and/or the partner. After the expiry of the validity period, no more rights can be derived from the e-voucher.
E-vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged or returned.
It is not permitted to use the e-vouchers for commercial purposes – such as resale for any direct or indirect profit – or for purposes other than those for which the e-vouchers were issued.
Fynch can inform itself within legal frameworks on whether the payment can be paid correctly, as well as on all those facts and factors that are of interest for the responsible conclusion of a distance agreement. If Fynch has good reasons not to enter into the agreement based on this inquiry, Fynch is entitled to refuse an order or to attach special conditions to the order.
E-vouchers will be provided once. It is not possible to transfer (residual) value to another e-voucher.
Fynch and partners are entitled to refuse payment when the payment cannot be completed correctly because of a technical failure.
Ownership of an e-voucher passes to the buyer as soon as the buyer received the e-voucher. When, after receiving the e-voucher, a third party will get unauthorized access to the e-voucher, the buyer shall bear the risk. Fynch is not liable for theft, loss, forgery, or misuse of the e-voucher.
