How does our web application work for your customers?
Step 1. We customise the web application to match your corporate branding. We draft the text for the invitation and reminder emails, which are then sent automatically to staff.
Step 2. Employees log in (via SSO) and create a profile once. Here, they specify their home address and their preferred mode of transport for commuting. They also have the option to add multiple frequently used modes of transport for easy journey management. Finally, they select the office address that serves as their place of work.
Step 3. Employees select the correct month. They click on the days they travelled to the office and mark these as “office days”. Fynch automatically creates two commuting journeys based on the preferred mode of transport. Business trips are easy to add; we calculate the correct distance using Google Maps. Days worked from home are easy to select using the “work-from-home day” button. In addition, we calculate the CO2 emissions for all journeys based on the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. If an employee has used a different mode of transport on occasion, they can easily and quickly adjust this.
Step 4. The employee clicks the “submit” button once everything has been entered. The data is stored securely. The employee receives a file containing the collected journeys and home working days for the relevant month, and your office receives a summary file containing all journeys and home working days for all employees. Tax-compliant. This file can be imported directly into the payroll software.
