Samsung device with Android 8
If Android 8 is installed on the Samsung device and the rides are still not registered properly (but requires a lot of battery):
- Go to Phone Settings > Apps >find our app in the list > choose Permissions >turn Location ON.
- Go to Phone Settings > Battery Settings > App Power Saver > Details > Select our app > choose Disabled.
- Go to Phone Settings > Applications > select three dots menu (top right corner) > select Special access > choose Optimize battery usage > find our app in the list and make sure it is not selected.
