If iOS 13 is installed on the iPhone

Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):

1. Go to Phone Settings > Privacy > Location Services > turn it ON.
2. Go to Phone settings > Privacy > Location Services > choose our app > choose “Always”.
3. Go to Phone settings > select our app > set Movement & Fitness / Movement and condition to ON.

If iOS 14 or iOS 15 is installed on the iPhone

Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):

1. Go to Phone Settings > Privacy > Location Services > turn ON the “Location Services” option.
2. Go to Phone Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness > turn ON the “Fitness Tracking” option.
3. Go back to Phone Settings > choose our app > allow the app access to:
   – Location > under “ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS” select “Always” and
   turn the “Precise Location” setting ON.
   – Motion & Fitness > turn ON the switch behind “Motion & Fitness”.
4. Restart our app.

Update February 8, 2022:
Apple has released a new update, version iOS 15.3.
In this version, the registration issues encountered by iOS 15 users in combination with fully automated measurement appear to have been resolved.
Therefore, all iOS 15 users are advised to install this latest version of iOS 15.3.

If iOS 16 is installed on the iPhone

Check the following settings if there are problems that measurement is not (correct):

1. Go to Phone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > turn ON the “Location Services” option.
2. Go to Phone Settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness > turn ON the “Fitness Tracking” option.
3. Go back to Phone Settings > choose our app > allow the app access to:
   – Location > under “ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS” select “Always” and
   turn the “Precise Location” setting ON.
   – Motion & Fitness > turn ON the switch behind “Motion & Fitness“.
4. Restart our app.
